During 2020 and through lockdown we followed the Scripture Union BLUE curriculum.
It covered Bible Lessons from Genesis, Joshua, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, Nehemiah, Jeremiah, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts and Revelation
Most of these lessons were made available online for children (due to lockdown)
Over 2022 till date, we have been using the Scripture Union RED curriculum.
This covered a different set of Bible Lessons from Genesis, Exodus, 1 Samuel, 1 Kings, Psalms, Isaiah, Matthew, Mark, Luke John
Scripture Union BLUE curriculum
This is fully 'Bible / scripture based' curriculum, and the focus remains on the Word of God
Lessons are usually easy to prepare, works well within the 50 mins to an hour we have with the children on Sunday
Super Kid Academy curriculum
This is a 'Character building based' curriculum
We have used this in the past. I had a quick look and the materials haven't been refreshed, and the material is very 'American'; our children might not always be able to relate to most activities, videos, characters, and terms
The materials are still 'CD' based, and we will need access to a computer (with CD drive) to prepare for the lesson. This has been a challenge in the past
Each lesson is quite lengthy, and we used to cover it over two weeks. Given different teachers teach each Sunday, it's hasn't been always easy to coordinate what aspects have been taught and sometimes caused duplication
Powerpack Children's Ministries curriculum targeted at 8 to 11 year olds
They have 8 to 9 lessons grouped into topics Armour Of God, Fire Carriers, The Father’s House, Filled With Power, Holy Spirit Come, etc and many more
Lesson material is online, so you would need a computer to access / prepare for the lesson

The Ology
Before finalizing, open to hearing everyone's thoughts, but personally, I would prefer OPTION 1 for its continuity, and I would prefer OPTION 3 over OPTION 2.
